Refund Policy

Refunds Before Your Appointment

All appointments are refundable for 7 days after the booking date. After 7 days,  appointments  are transferable to other days and times only.

If we need to change your appointment, we have the right to do so giving you 24 hours notice in advance. 

If we have to cancel your appointment for any reason a full refund will be provided.

For no show appointments where we arrive and the customer is not there, a £60 charge will be made to reappoint.

Refunds After Your Appointment

There are no refunds after an appointment. All appointments come with a guarantee  of 6-12 shades whiter with a single session. If for any reason 6-12 shades whiter is not achieved, a second session will be provided free of charge at a time to suit you.

At Diamante’s discretion, a monetary refund may be available, but this will be less direct material costs and associated overheads of providing the teeth whitening session. These are typically £55 per appointment.
