You compare the colour of your teeth against the teeth whitening colour guide and note the beginning shade for reference.3
You brush your teeth with the specifically formulated toothpaste.

The gumshield is now removed from its wrapper5
A smooth layer of teeth whitening gel is then added to the top and bottom of the gumshield in between the marks, left and right. The gumshield is then placed down carefully.6
You now extract the finger wipe from its package, and spray the activation fluid until the finger wipe is soaked.7
You scrub your teeth with the finger wipe to evenly distribute the activation fluid over your teeth. You make sure to keep your mouth open so that the activation liquid is not cleaned away by your lips.8
You now place the gumshield into your mouth, pushing the gumshield back against the teeth and moving gently to guarantee the gel has covered your teeth.9
Lastly you put on the red protective safety glasses, bring the teeth whitening lamp so that it is 1 inch away from your teeth. The timer is then set to 15 or 20 minutes and then the light switched on.
At the end of the very first cycle, steps 5-9 are repeated another 2 times to make a total of 3.10
The finishing action is to review the colour of your teeth against the colour guide and record the all-new whiter shade of your teeth for reference.
