You check the colouring of your teeth against the colour guide and note the starting shade number for reference.3
You brush your teeth with the specifically formulated toothpaste.

The gumshield is now extracted from its wrapping5
A constant level of teeth whitening gel is then added to the top and bottom of the gumshield in between the marks, left and right. The gumshield is then placed down carefully.6
You now take out the finger wipe from its package, and spray the activation liquid till the finger wipe is soaked.7
You brush your teeth with the finger wipe to equally distribute the activation fluid all over your teeth. You take care to keep your mouth open so that the activation liquid is not wiped away by your lips.8
You now place the gumshield into your mouth, pressing the gumshield back against the teeth and moving softly to make sure the gel has covered your teeth.9
Finally you put on the red protective goggles, bring the teeth whitening lamp so that it is 1 inch away from your teeth. The timer is then set to 15 or 20 minutes and after that the light switched on.
At the end of the very first cycle, actions 5-9 are repeated another two times to make a total of three.10
