You review all the details supplied before beginning your process.

You compare the tone of your teeth against the teeth whitening colour guide and record the beginning shade number for shade movement reference.

You brush your teeth with the specifically developed tooth paste.

The gumshield is now taken out from its wrapping

A constant level of teeth whitening gel is then added to the top and bottom of the gumshield in between the marks, left and right. The gumshield is then placed down gently.

You now extract the finger wipe from its package, and apply the activation solution till the finger wipe is soaked.

You scrub your teeth with the finger wipe to uniformly distribute the activation fluid all over your teeth. You take care to keep your mouth open to make sure that the activation solution is not wiped away by your lips.

You now insert the gumshield into your mouth, pressing the gumshield back against the teeth and moving slowly to ensure the gel has covered your teeth.

Finally you put on the red protective safety glasses, bring the teeth whitening light so that it is 1 inch from your teeth. The timer is then set to 15 or 20 minutes and after that the light turned on.

At the end of the first cycle, actions 5-9 are duplicated another two times to make a total of three.

The ultimate step is to review the colour of your teeth against the colour guide and note the all-new whiter shade of your teeth for reference.
