You review the shade of your teeth against the teeth whitening colour guide and note the beginning shade for shade movement reference.3
You brush your teeth with the specifically developed toothpaste.

The gumshield is now removed from its wrapper5
An uniform level of teeth whitening gel is then added to the top and bottom of the gumshield in between the marks, left and right. The gumshield is then placed down gently.6
You now take out the finger wipe from its package, and spray the activation fluid until the finger wipe is covered.7
You brush your teeth with the finger wipe to evenly distribute the activation liquid over your teeth. You take care to keep your mouth open so that the activation liquid is not cleaned away by your lips.8
You now insert the gumshield right into your mouth, pressing the gumshield back against the teeth and moving gently to ensure the gel has covered your teeth.9
Finally you put on the red protective safety glasses, bring the teeth whitening light so that it is 1 inch away from your teeth. The timer is then set to 15 or 20 minutes and then the light switched on.
At the end of the first cycle, actions 5-9 are duplicated another 2 times to make a total of 3.10
The final step is to review the shade of your teeth against the colour guide and record the new whiter shade of your teeth for reference.
