You brush your teeth with the specifically formulated tooth paste.

The gumshield is now extracted from its wrapper

A constant level of teeth whitening gel is then added to the top and bottom of the gumshield in between the marks, left and right. The gumshield is then placed down carefully.

You now remove the finger wipe from its package, and apply the activation fluid until the finger wipe is covered.

You rub your teeth with the finger wipe to evenly disperse the activation liquid over your teeth. You make sure to keep your mouth open to make sure that the activation liquid is not rubbed away by your lips.

You now insert the gumshield right into your mouth, pressing the gumshield back against the teeth and moving carefully to make sure the gel has covered your teeth.

Finally you put on the red protective safety glasses, bring the teeth whitening lamp so that it is 1 inch from your teeth. The timer is then set to 15 or 20 minutes and then the light turned on.

At the end of the very first cycle, actions 5-9 are repeated another two times to make an overall of 3.

The final action is to compare the shade of your teeth against the colour guide and note the all-new whiter shade of your teeth for reference.
