You now place the gumshield into your mouth, pressing the gumshield back against the teeth and moving gently to guarantee the gel has covered your teeth.

Lastly you put on the red protective safety glasses, bring the teeth whitening lamp so that it is 1 inch away from your teeth. The timer is then set to 15 or 20 minutes and then the light turned on.

At the end of the first cycle, actions 5-9 are repeated another two times to make an overall of three.

The final action is to review the colour of your teeth against the colour guide and note the brand-new whiter shade of your teeth for reference.
